| The most important lesson that I've learned is that you must be disciplined. Be willing to miss many of the parties. Downsize your level of living in an effort to preserve your resources; even if this places you below the status of your counterparts. Once you have achieved your business goal(s) and money goals, then invest wisely and maintain a business model for both your business life and your home & family life. Yes, run your family like a business. Set goals, financial projections, deadlines, then review your achievemts on a quarterly basis, as a family. Don't live according to the man next door. Establish your own model for living and success. Have a mentor who can provide you with the knowledge and wisdom to jumpstart and sustain buoyancy of your journey. |
| I want to encourage you to believe in yourself. Respect your parents regardless of their education level or status in life. If you are reading this message and understand it, then be grateful to your parents, especially your Mom, who delivered you into this world and could have flushed you down the toilet. Your education or rise in status will never overshadow the gift of life provded by your parents by Divine Decree, to which you can never challenge with your college degree. College cannot equip you with a legitimate "challenge formula" against your parents gift of life to you. Never let your ego or a directive of an ego model from anyone to become your artificial mindset. You will most certainly be crushed by someone who detects that you are phony and not presenting your real self. You can never fool someone who possess expanded insight, knowledge, wisdom and awareness. They might appear unassuming, but they could be the determining factor as to whether you succeed in life. So, respect everyone and everything. |
