Nature of Business: Business Services - Provide organizational support to federal and commercial institutions through administrative, facilities and technical services.
To me, entrepreneurship means the ability to leverage your various talents from leadership, planning, communications, strategic thinking, organizational, analytical and people to pursue a vision where you possess passion with relentless commitment.  The journey of being an entrepreneur is very challenging but extremely rewarding beyond any financial measurement.  I have observed the dynamic growth of individuals and myself as they entered this journey to become extremely polished in so many areas that working for someone else will not fully develop.  However, when you have a payroll, vendor bills, a family and/or personal financial obligations along with the commitments of customer service you will find inner strength, the ability to be resourceful and skills that will emerge that will astonish others and yourself of what you are capable of performing.

I was raised with significant age differences between my siblings and myself.  Thus, my childhood experience was similar to an only child where I learned to rely solely on myself.  However, success in business is the nexus of leveraging relationships and the support of customers, key influential contacts, advisors, employees and other strategic partners.  You have to work as a team to accomplish any and everything in business.  Going solo will lead to you going out of business.

I want to encourage you to establish a vision and follow Proverbs 29:18 where it states a people without a vision will perish.  Without a vision you do not have a rainbow or northern light to follow and consequently you will meander throughout the business world and suffer.  A vision will drive the allocation of resources to what and how you pursue your specific goals.  It is the light and fuel that will serve your journey well.
