To me, entrepreneurship means combining vision, knowledge, confidence, passion and the ability to tolerate risk.  Entrepreneurs see a problem or an opportunity and develop new and creative ways to solve the problem or create a demand.   Entrepreneurs are not afraid to fail, and when they do, they analyze their mistakes and start again.

The most important lesson that I've learned is that success is three parts preparation and one part inspiration.  Whether you are working for yourself or for someone else, doing research and analysis in advance is essential for the successful implementation of any project or idea.

I want to encourage you to find your passion and put your heart and soul into making it a success.  Anything that has your name and reputation associated with it is worth doing to the best of your abilities.
