Nature of Business: The nature of our organization is to teach and inspire inner-city youth to identify their skill set, then use this knowledge to effectively obtain a career that will ultimately lead toward Entrepreneurship. I became an entrepreneur because it provided me with the focus, direction and freedom to provide programs and services I felt were and are still needed that benefits and encourages the youth and those in the inner-city communities to believe in themselves and be the best they can be.
The most important lesson that I've learned is to never give up. Each time I encounter a set back I re-evaluate my approach, make the necessary changes and improvements based on the feedback to my approach and try again. I continue to do this until I accomplish my objective.
I want to encourage you to believe in yourself and know that you can accomplish whatever you focus your mind on. If you have an idea that no one has ever heard of but you believe in…then go for it. Do the necessary research and study into that idea, then make it happen step by step. Many of the successful companies that exist today didn't exist 10 years ago. Instead they existed in the mind of someone who believed in themselves and believed that they could accomplish whatever they focused on, did the necessary research and study then went for it. If it was possible for them then it's possible for you too. Never stop trying to be the best you can be and ignore those who try to discourage you.
